Choose your plan
All three plans share the same engine: your calories and macros are calculated from your weight, height, age and goal, and they shift daily with your activity. What differs is the depth of the program and the human review layer.
- Your calories and macros, calculated with Mifflin–St Jeor
- A meal plan drawn from the meal bank for your category
- A daily activity question — your calories follow your day
- Child track available (under 16)
- Everything in Basic
- Daily WhatsApp reminders and weigh-in every 3 days
- A full video training program — home or gym
- The four stages: fasting stepped from 10 to 16 hours
- Weekly carbohydrate cycling
- Sleep and stress protocol
- Upload your scale photo or InBody result
- Plateau detection with automatic plan adjustment
- A direct medical question to Dr. Ahmed — up to twice a week
- Everything in Economical
- A personal review by Dr. Ahmed Hamadi every 3 days
- Your plan adjusted by hand, not by the formula alone
- Full GLP-1 medication management — drug and dose under the doctor's supervision, reviewed monthly
- A priority channel — no weekly limits
Plans are monthly. We remind you three days before it ends, and you renew with one tap from your account — no automatic card charge. Your data is kept if you're late.
The real difference between the plans
The math is identical across all three. What changes is the depth of the program, and whether a human reviews you.
Essential
Nutrition only: your calories, macros, meals and reminders. No training, no stages — an affordable way to start with food.
Lifestyle
The full program: video training, four stages with stepped fasting and carb cycling, and InBody uploads. 100% automatic, no human intervention.
Personal
The same program, plus the doctor reviewing your photo and progress every 3 days, adjusting your guidance by hand, and a priority channel.
Children (under 16)
This group needs entirely separate content and guidance from adults — no calorie or macro figure is ever shown, no “target weight” logic is applied, and no message hints at dietary restriction. Guidance is built on forming healthy habits for the child and educating the family, and a guardian account is part of the sign-up flow.
